Need your rental car early in the morning? At Adobe Rent a Car, we've got you covered with our convenient "beginning on" system. We'll deliver your vehicle to you between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. the day before your rental begins, at no additional cost. The official rental period starts the following day at 8:00 a.m.
To better serve our corporate clientele, we offer year-round vehicle delivery to your office, business premises, hotel, the Juan Santamaria Airport in Alajuela, or the Daniel Oduber Quirós Airport in Liberia. And with free vehicle deliveries within 20 km (12 miles) of the Adobe office, we make it easy to get your rental car where you need it.
If you need vehicle delivery outside of the complimentary 20 km radius of our office, or if you'd like to pick up your rental car at one location and return it to another, ask your Adobe reservations agent about our drop-off and one-way delivery rates. With Adobe Rent a Car, we're here to make your car rental experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
As part of our corporate benefits program, Adobe Rent a Car offers free additional drivers. Regardless of the number of drivers.
Terms:
- GPS rentals require a $250 deposit to cover any possible damages or loss of the device.
- Deposit must be made with a credit card.
- GPS device rentals are subject to availability.
- Reserve your GPS Navigational Device in advance to ensure availability.

- Wi-Fi Hotspots can connect up to 10 devices.
- Provides internet service wherever there is a cell phone signal.

Preferential corporate rates throughout the year:
For us at Adobe, there’s no difference between high and low season when it comes to our corporate clients. You can count on our fixed preferential rates year-round.
The most comprehensive coverage option
In addition to Basic Insurance, you can opt for our Smart Insurance plan and enjoy a low deductible of only $100. You can also choose our Total Insurance or Extended Protection Coverage for extra security and a Zero deductible in the event of a collision, rollover, partial or total theft, and damage to the vehicle or a third party.
Total Insurance from the first time you rent:
You’re not obligated to rent for a minimum of days to enjoy full coverage. And you don’t have to worry about the deductible if there’s damage to the vehicle or a third party. With Total Insurance, your deductible will be ZERO from the first time you rent!
Minimum # of rental days exceptions:
Only our Minibus rentals have a two-day minimum rental period.

What if my company needs a line of credit?
"Looking to apply for credit and enjoy the benefits of Adobe Rent a Car's Corporate Program? Simply complete our online application form and submit all the necessary documents, including copies of your business's legal entity and representative agent registration documents (personería jurídica and representante legal). We may also request financial statements to verify your credit status. Credit approval typically takes four to five business days.
Once your credit is approved, your company can start taking advantage of our corporate program using purchase orders. At Adobe, we understand that our corporate clients need timely and efficient service, which is why we're dedicated to exceeding your expectations. We offer competitive, all-inclusive rates with no hidden fees, so you can realistically budget your business expenses.
